Process
Our process varies based on the project's needs, but we have a core structure that can be adapted to fit specific project requirements.
01. Initial understanding & project proposal
We begin with an in-depth briefing to fully understand your project’s requirements, goals, and vision. Based on this initial understanding and our discussions, we will create a comprehensive project proposal for your approval. This proposal includes a detailed timeline and outlines what you can expect throughout the process.
To facilitate this, we may provide a questionnaire prior to any potential meetings to gather key insights. While we typically prefer minimal meetings, we acknowledge that larger projects may require them for clarity and alignment.
02. Initial concepts & drafts
We develop initial concepts based on the briefing and deliver these for your feedback. This stage ensures we are aligned before moving into further development.
03. Revisions
Our standard process includes two rounds of revisions to refine the project. For straightforward projects, such as presentation deck designs, this approach is direct. For more extensive projects, like product design, revisions are structured around key milestones, with up to two rounds per milestone to ensure alignment at each phase.
04. Final touches
Once revisions are completed, we make any final adjustments to perfect the work. This ensures all details are polished and ready for delivery.
05. Delivery
We deliver the agreed-upon final files along with all relevant source files, ensuring everything is in the correct format and ready for your use
What's included
Personalized project plan
A clear roadmap outlining the project scope, timelines, and milestones.
2 rounds of revisions
2 rounds of revisions is included, and additional final adjustments. Additional revisions beyond the initial two rounds can be accommodated at an agreed-upon rate.
Files and sourcefile handoff
Final design assets delivered in formats agreed upon during the project, and editable design files (e.g., Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Framer).
