Mail going to spam, or not arriving at all, is nearly always one of a handful of things: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, reverse DNS or a server that's leaking. I'll find which one it is on your domain and fix it. If you want your own mail server, I'll install Mailcow or Postal on your VPS, set up the DNS records, TLS and DKIM keys, and test it end to end with real mail to Gmail and Outlook before I hand it over. You get the login details and a short note on what was set up and where.
What I need from you is access to your DNS (Cloudflare or whatever you use) and, for a new server, a VPS with port 25 open. Lots of providers block it by default, so check that first or ask me and I'll tell you which ones are fine.
I can't promise inbox placement for bulk cold email. Nobody honest can. What I can promise is a correctly set up domain and server, so if mail lands in spam it's down to content or sending volume, not the setup. The biggest one I have done was on bare metal: Postfix tuned for volume, Mautic for campaigns, one container per tenant, and reverse DNS across a whole /28 subnet.
