Summary
Step One:
Give me as much detail as possible on your brand goals. I want to hear it all: who your customers are, their pain points, your pain points, your goals, your voice, your message, and what you are looking to achieve with your project. I'm happy to brainstorm with you to get your message perfect!
Step Two:
I may come back with questions and propose outlines or suggestions to get the project rolling. I prefer to communicate over email, Slack, or Discord so I can refer back to notes, but if you need a call, we can do that too.
Step Three:
First draft! This is where I want your honesty: give me all your feedback, good or bad!
Step Four (if necessary):
Edits are completed and submitted to you
Step Five:
Final approval and, if applicable, installation directly on your website.
