Summary
Have you got a manuscript in need of a grammar run through? Thesis paper that hasn't been fact checked? I'm your gal!
Here for comprehensive copy editing, fact checking, and proofreading edit rounds on whatever you need. Lots of experience with fashion, arts, and culture writing as well as academic papers, grants, and cover letters but no piece of writing is too daunting for me.
Process
As explained in my deliverables, here is the full process:
We discuss over email, phone, Slack, etc. the scope of edits needed, set a rate and deadlines, and you hand over the piece in question
I begin editing! First is a clear round of conceptually-driven structural edits, namely in the form of comments. These are more on the feedback side to ensure that all elements that the piece of writing needs to address are accomplished
Second is a comprehensive round of line edits for grammar, syntax, punctuation, and consistency. My default standard is Chicago, however if there is a style guide you'd like me to adhere to I will follow that as a guideline for this round
A final read through of the piece to ensure perfection!

Round 1: Structural Feedback
