Process

Initial Consultation and Material Review: We begin with a thorough consultation to understand your vision and requirements. This step involves reviewing the raw footage and any specific instructions or concepts you have for the project.
Editing and Rough Cut: The first stage of actual production is the editing process. I'll compile the footage into a rough cut, focusing on narrative structure and pacing. This rough cut will be shared with you for feedback.
Edit Lock: Once the rough cut is reviewed and we've incorporated your feedback, we'll move towards the edit lock. This is the stage where the edit is finalized, ensuring that the narrative flow and timing are locked in, with no further changes to the sequence of shots.
Sound Design and Mixing: After the edit is locked, I'll proceed with sound design and audio mixing. This involves adding sound effects, adjusting dialogue, and ensuring a balanced audio mix. I'll share this version with you for approval.
Sound Lock: Following your feedback on the sound design, we'll lock the sound. This means no further changes to the audio tracks, ensuring sync with the visuals.
Color Grading: With both video edit and sound locked, I'll begin the color grading process. This is where I enhance the visual appeal of the footage, correcting colors for consistency, setting the right mood, and ensuring the overall look aligns with your vision.
Color Grade Lock: I'll share the color-graded version with you for final review. Any minor adjustments needed will be made at this stage. Once approved, the color grade is locked, meaning the visual look of the film is finalized.
Final Deliverables: The project concludes with the delivery of the final product. You'll receive a Quicktime Prores 422 file and an MP4 with the H.264 codec. The resolution will match the source material, ranging from 1080p up to 4K, ensuring the highest quality output.
Throughout each stage, I maintain open communication, ensuring that the project aligns with your vision and expectations. My goal is to make the process as seamless and collaborative as possible, delivering a final product that not only meets but exceeds your expectations.
