Monthly Creative Strategy Deck
A beautiful 3–6 page presentation (Notion or Canva/Google Slides) summarizing: -Brand goals & priorities for the month -Campaign concepts or creative themes -Visual + verbal tone direction -Deliverable roadmap and deadlines
Content & Campaign Art Direction
-Approve the look and feel of campaigns, launches, or shoots. -Provide moodboards for upcoming content (photo, video, editorial, social). -Continued development for short-form content frameworks (Reel/TikTok templates, storytelling arcs). -Write or refine key caption and copy tone guidelines for posts and newsletters.
Creative Team Direction (if applicable)
-Assign and review work from freelance designers, editors, or assistants. -Deliver clear creative briefs with reference materials. -Host weekly or bi-weekly virtual “Creative Council” check-ins. -Provide feedback rounds on assets (visuals, videos, copy).
Brand Asset Oversight
-Audit and offer refinement notes to the visual identity system: logos, typography, colors, templates. -Review and approve design drafts before they’re published.
Studio Systems & Workflow Design
-Build or refine creative operations dashboards. -Automate asset delivery, feedback cycles, and approval flows. -Track tasks, adjust priorities, and content pipelines.
Weekly or Bi-Weekly Virtual Check-Ins
-30–60minute Creative Direction call -Review progress, guide next steps, and realign the vision -Summarize discussions in a “Creative Round-Up” recap email or deck
Ad-Hoc Creative Consultation
-Available for on-call questions via email, Asana, or scheduled chats -Mini strategy sessions for pivots, new brand ideas, or unexpected launches
