We start off with an initial call to understand your business or project that you are creating a website for. I ask clients to fill out the onboarding document prior to the initial call to make our first conversation more efficient. With the information gathered in this call, I make a list of all the requirements and deliverables finalized to create a quote if there are any additional asks. I create the website but like to keep the clients informed of my progress with calls or emails to ensure the project is moving in the right direction. At the delivery call or email, I explain the website and any additional information the client needs to know to keep the website up to date or answer any questions they may have.
