Brief and Moodboard

First, I will send you a form to fully understand the scope and goals of your project. Using this information, I will create a custom moodboard that reflects the spirit of your brand.

Design Concepts

Custom Instagram templates for posts, stories, Reels covers, and highlights will be created to align with your brand’s identity. These templates will set you apart from competitors, enhance your online presence, and establish strong brand recognition.

Selection and Development

You’ll receive the initial designs to review. Your feedback will guide any revisions, ensuring the final templates perfectly align with your vision and expectations.

Sample Feed Planning

I’ll create a sample feed plan using 9-12 social media posts that incorporate your new templates. This feed will showcase the versatility of the templates and provide a cohesive aesthetic. Stock photos or your brand’s actual images can be used for this step.

Delivery & Support

Your final templates will be delivered, along with a detailed user guide. To ensure a smooth transition, I’ll provide one week of after-sales support to assist with any questions or adjustments.

All projects require a signed agreement and a 50% non-refundable upfront payment, which covers the time and effort dedicated to your project. The remaining balance will be collected after the final design is approved, and the final files will then be delivered to you.
