Collaborate and communicate with you according to your workflow. Organize your life with requested tasks such as logging tasks within Notion, work updates with you via email, and so on. I value communication more than anything, therefore I will work closely with you and ask questions to insure the smoothness of our projects!

Customer/client's satisfaction is crucial to a business's success. I will assist in responding to customers and clients via email or chat, managing customer complaints and providing solutions, handling tickets from customers.

For this aspect of the job, my service includes managing invoices and payments, tracking expenses and provide reports, and basic accounting tasks.

If any assistance with branding or social media is needed, I will assist with graphic design works such as thumbnails, posts, banners, and/or design websites using Wix or Carrd.

Being fluent in both languages, including both Traditional and Simplified Chinese, I will be able to translate any subject or content into English or Mandarin.
