Organization & Communication
Collaborate and communicate with you according to your workflow. Organize your life with requested tasks such as logging tasks within Notion, work updates with you via email, and so on. I value communication more than anything, therefore I will work closely with you and ask questions to insure the smoothness of our projects!
Customer Support
Customer/client's satisfaction is crucial to a business's success. I will assist in responding to customers and clients via email or chat, managing customer complaints and providing solutions, handling tickets from customers.
