About this service

Summary

I design Knowledge Operating Systems — modular, dynamic knowledge bases that capture your way of working and transform it into a strategic AI co-pilot. Built in Craft.do and governed by embedded rules, your Knowledge OS evolves with your business and ensures consistent, reusable, and on-brand knowledge delivery across teams and tools.

Process

1. Discovery & Consulting Sessions We start with live sessions where I gather your context — repeated prompts, workflows, decision frameworks, and tone. Together, we translate these into global rules and governance functions for your system.
2. Knowledge Architecture (Mods → Packages → Plug-ins) Your raw knowledge is restructured into modular Mods, grouped into Packages, and governed by higher-level Plug-ins. This ensures your system is not just documentation, but a living architecture that can scale.
3. Craft Workspace Build I’ll design and deliver your Knowledge OS Base Architecture in Craft.do. Ownership is transferred directly to you, with export options in Markdown or PDF for long-term portability and LLM integration.
4. Governance Layer (Knowledge Steward) We define a built-in governance persona that protects your system — ensuring every AI interaction is consistent, safe, and on-brand.
5. Flow Map & Walkthrough You’ll receive a visual System Flow Map plus a recorded Loom walkthrough (10–15 minutes) showing how your OS works, adapts, and evolves over time.

FAQs

  • What tools do you use?

Craft (primary system), plus Miro or Whimsical for flow maps. Exports provided in Markdown or PDF for flexibility.

  • Can I request revisions?

Yes — one revision cycle is included to refine structure, rules, and governance.

  • What happens after delivery?

You’ll own a fully deployable Knowledge OS. Optional follow-up consulting or expansion (additional Mods, governance rules, or integrations) is available.

  • Can this integrate into my workflows?

Absolutely — your Knowledge OS is LLM-agnostic and can be adapted to ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools.

What's included

  • Consulting & Knowledge Architecture Sessions (2–4 Sessions)

Live strategy and co-creation calls where we: Gather your repeated instructions, frameworks, and workflows. Rework raw ideas into global rules and functions for your Knowledge OS. Define governance standards (tone, safety, escalation). Each session ensures the system reflects your unique way of working, not a template.

  • Knowledge OS Base Architecture (Craft Workspace)

A modular, centralized system built in Craft.do, organized into reusable Mods, grouped into Packages, and governed by Plug-ins. Unlike static docs, this is a living, adaptive system — designed to evolve with embedded rules and workflows. 👉 Delivered via Craft ownership transfer, with optional exports in Markdown or PDF for long-term portability and LLM integration.

  • Governance Layer (Knowledge Steward Definition)

An embedded governance layer within your Craft workspace. Defines tone, security rules, and escalation guidelines — ensuring your AI co-pilot always responds on-brand, safely, and consistently.

  • Dynamic Mod Library (Up to 30 Mods)

A curated catalog of reusable Mods — modular prompt-based building blocks that capture your repeated workflows, decision frameworks, and guidelines. Each Mod is structured for clarity, adaptability, and re-use across contexts.

  • System Flow Map (Visual Architecture in Craft)

A visual diagram or linked Craft doc that maps how Mods, Packages, and Plug-ins connect into the full Base Architecture. Provides a clear, navigable system overview for alignment, onboarding, and governance.

  • Loom Walkthrough (10–15 Minutes)

A recorded walkthrough of your full Craft workspace. Includes strategic context, navigation guidance, and a live demo showing how the Knowledge OS adapts to embedded rules in real use.

Jonathan has a natural, and well-honed intuition for user experience -- not just UX, but the needs, intentions and experiential desires of *humans* using technologies. With a design background as well, Jonathan's capability spans the development visual design language to product strategy. He knows how to work with full stack developers (to speak the language, and know their needs) to affect collaboratively-build wins. And, he's a good guy.
