Here's my simple, no fluff process:
Housekeeping
Introductory call to get to know each other and the goals we will be achieving together.
Discuss budget, project scope and timelines.
Sign off on paperwork as needed.
Development
Gather and organize content submitted and create tailored CMS structures where applicable.
Tackle the build on a page by page basis, prioritizing the home page or any specific page based on business needs. Especially if the site will be launched in incremental phases.
Interactions and animations are added once the site is structurally complete.
Staging and testing
Revisions with stakeholders.
Launch 🚀
Aftercare
Post launch support and training for any custom functionality and elements.
Routine check ins to see how the website is performing and if anything needs to be molded to fit evolved objectives.

    Augmented webflow site with requested changes - Two included (2) rounds of revision to make minor adjustments. - On-page SEO setup and accessibility best practices. - Standard marketing integration (basic forms etc..). - Essential Webflow interactions (element states etc...). - CMS (where applicable)

  • Aftercare

    Walkthroughs for custom / non-native elements built as part of the project and how to use / update them. These may be provided over a call or short how-to videos.

  • Advanced Interactions (optional add on)

    Tasteful interactions and motion using tools like GSAP, Lenis etc.. for the builds that need some extra spice 🌟

  • Advanced Marketing + SEO (optional add on)

    Event tracking on CTAs and specific events, JSON-LD schema to give your marketing efforts an extra push. While Fathom Analytics is my preferred analytics tool, Google Analytics can be used as well.
