This service is available for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Pinterest and includes the full, simultaneous management of up to two platforms. If you are interested in additional platform management, I will create a custom proposal for you.
What's included
1 Hour Discovery + Strategy Call
We'll take a deep dive into your existing accounts, strategy, customers, sales processes, and goals.
Strategy + Content Planning
Let's get the ball rolling. Within 3 business days of our strategy call, I will deliver to you 1) A social media strategy plan, outlining exactly how we're going to meet your goals; 2) A custom monthly content calendar for your approval, so you know what's being posted, why, when, and how.
Post Design, Copywriting, Scheduling, and Publishing
We'll work together to determine how best to create your posts. We can collaborate on creative assets, or, you can just leave it all to me. Social media is fast-moving and ever-changing, so I don't limit the number of posts I'll create for you. It depends on what's right for your account. But I do promise a minimum of 4 posts per week.
Daily Profile and Community Management
I'll spend a minimum of 1 hour each day, Monday-Friday, engaging with and managing your community (comments, replies, shares). Weekend profile management can be negotiated into the package for an additional fee.
Reporting
I deliver a mid-month touch base, just to keep you up-to-date. At the end of the month, I'll deliver you a full, detailed report on all important metrics and KPIs. If we're ongoing partners, this is when we'll set goals and strategy for the month ahead.
