What's included

• 20 Instagram posts/month (carousels, static posts and/or reels)

  I will post 20 posts on your Instagram account per month using a mix of provided content and custom graphics and video. I will suggest the best posting cadence and timing for you. I will craft the caption and include relevant hashtags and keywords.

• Monitoring for Instagram Comments/DMs

  I will monitor and respond to comments and direct messages immediately after a post and periodically through the month. If comments/DMs require more customer service attention I will forward them to you for review. For example: someone asking for their order status or inquiring about a specific service.

• 20 stories/month with interactive elements (polls, quizzes)

  I will craft and post 20 Instagram stories per month that include interactive elements like polls and quizzes to drive traffic to the posts that go live. These graphics will be made available for you on Canva.

• Basic Instagram Hashtag Research

  I will research top hashtags for your niche to be used in captions. I'll include a mix of small, medium and large sized hashtags to assist with post visibility and engagement.

• Monthly Instagram Analytics Report

  After a month of management I will report on all posts, stories and account analytics. We will go over followers, views, interactions and tops performing posts.

• Instagram Profile Review and Optimization

  When we begin working together I will analyze your profile and offer any suggested changes to optimize your SEO and communicate your brand to your audience/customer.

• Strategy calls (1 hour/month)

  1 hour planned call to review analytics and strategy at your convenience. This is the perfect time for us to touch base and ensure the strategy that we agree on is working or agree on some tweaks for optimal performance.
