Process

Phase 1 — Onboarding [1-2 WEEKS]

Getting to know you. Fill out a quick questionnaire to determine your objectives and evaluate compatibility.

Coffee chat. 20-minute Google Meet to present proposal and tailored packages. Confirm with a 50% initial payment.

Access & research. Get your own Notion workspace and grant me social media access. Allow one week for research, strategy crafting, branding setup, and getting everything set up smoothly.

Phase 2 — Ideating & Creating [WEEKLY]

Content Ideation. I'll develop all the cool content ideas, captions, and scripts for videos for the upcoming week.

Revision & approval. You get one shot to make tweaks before giving the final thumbs up.

Phase 3 — Managing & Review [ONGOING]

Management. I'll be uploading, engaging with the audience and keeping an eye on interactions and metrics for continuous improvement.

Monthly Hangout. Let's catch up for 20-minute at the end of each month. We'll chat about wins, what worked, and areas for improvement.

How often will you be posting content?
I'll be posting content 5 times a week, on both feed and stories — that's around 20 posts and stories per month! Any extra content beyond this will incur an additional cost.
How many social media accounts do you manage?
Currently, I'm concentrating on one platform at a time (but feel free to repost content on your other accounts). This approach ensures I deliver high-quality content and build an intentional strategy for your socials. If you'd like to add another social media platform, there will be an additional cost.

Each month we will have a 20-minute meeting to talk about how things are going, what worked and what we can improve.
