  We will start with a detailed conversation on what your goals and deadlines are, as we can negotiate your needs and make a brilliant outcome, this will be through email preferably, but can possibly arrange a phonecall if needed. As well as any exterior graphic design (if applicable) needed to be included for the document. A template as an example will be very appreciated. I offer 4 promotional email campaigns per month. Each campaign includes: Email #1: Announcement of your new product/service launch, with catchy and persuasive content for the reader/subscriber to continue to read Email #2: Special discount offer for the new product/service, with a personalized touch so the reader/subscriber feels more connected Email #3: Reminder email about the discount offer, prioritizing those who have not received/opened the offer with a strong CTA to drive them to use Email 4#: Follow-up email with customer testimonials or reviews, overall showing the statistical insight from the emails and where we can improve Each email will include a compelling subject line, main body copy, and call-to-action (CTA). The copy will be optimized to increase engagement and conversions.

  Deep, conclusive research will be taken onto your company, this will enable me to optimize best results for your emails, and deliver substantially. Each template will be designed with the copywriting provided, including visually appealing graphics and layout. I can continue to moderate and check the insights of the email under your permission.

  Length will be approximately 150-200 words with conversational and persuasive content, highlighting the products best qualities, benefits and the special offer. Breakdown Of The Content: Introduction: Greeting the reader and introducing the promotion Main Message: Describing the product using engaging words and offers (E.g: discount, free shipping, free gift...) Call-To-Action (CTA): Clear and compelling CTA, such as 'Shop Now' or 'Grab the Deal!' to bring urgency to the reader

• Personalization Tags

  Suggested use of personalization (E.g First Name) to make the email more personal and engaging. An example of this could be "Hi (First Name) we miss you... are you ready to upgrade your style!"

• Email Structure and Formatting

  Introduction, product/offer description, CTA, and footer. Formatting ideas can include colourful content, bolding key text, bullet points for product features, and where to place hyperlinks.

• Delivery Method

  Final email copy to be provided in a Word document or Google Doc. Proof of delivery will be a confirmation email upon receipt of the completed copy. These deliverables cover all aspects of the promotional email, ensuring the client has a clear understanding of the emails components and what they'll receive. This comprehensive list also demonstrates my attention to detail and strategic in crafting effective email advertisements. Email copies can be delivered as HTML or PDF files via email or a file-sharing service. The first 4 drafts will be sent to your company within 3 weeks. Up to 2 final versions per draft, after your feedback, will be revised and resubmitted within 1 week of receiving comments and criticism. During this duration, I will exceed your standards to tailor it to your audience as much as possible.
