What is strategy? Let’s make this simple. A strategy is the blueprint that provides guidance on how to achieve a goal. I can help get you there. In addition, I can make it look good, too. With me, we’ll put your ideas into a visual format that gets buy in. But the first step is building that blueprint so let’s get started!

Brand Strategy
I’ll help you build a comprehensive plan that begins to define how you can position and communicate your company to its target audience. We’ll make sure to include refine (or define) your brand's unique value in the market, market research, identifying your target audience, competitive advantage, and determining ways to differentiate from competitors. In addition, we’ll touch on overall brand storytelling which will involve building your overall story. This could come to life via web copy, manifestos, or more.
Influencer Marketing Strategy
Ah, influencer marketing! Don’t be freaked out. It’s not as wild as you might think. We’ll identify a full strategy that addresses any problem we’re trying to solve, our goal, objectives, tactics, and influencer archetypes. In the up front, I’ll get alignment on performance measurement to determine the effectiveness of any campaigns run against the strategy. Metrics may include reach, engagement, or conversions but will be determined based on campaign needs.
Here are a few extra details for your consideration:
Services are charged by a flat, project-based fee (ie: $300) rather than hourly (ie: $50/hr)
Services are non-refundable
Services do not include activation(s) against the approved strategy
A 50% deposit is required once an SOW is signed
Expedited work will incur additional fees

What's included

  • Project Timeline

    Before we formally kick off any work on the strategy, I’ll share proposed timelines for alignment and transparency. This will include a snapshot of each phase of the project including audits, research, touch bases, etc.

  • Strategy Development

    This strategy will be linked to the brand campaign or business goals. After having an understanding of the full marketing campaign we'll collaborate to create a full social media strategy that supports those goals.

  • Creative Thought Starters

    Strategies are often steeped in theoretical thinking so it’s good to anchor this with more practical touch points. That’s where creative comes in. What could a real life example be when pulling inspiration from all that we’ve mapped out in the strategy? These thought starters could vary based on your needs. If you need big thinking, we’ll have a few experiential thought starters. If you’re focused on digital, we’ll lean into social and/or influencer marketing prompts.

  • Touch Bases

    There is no one right way to build a strategy. With you being much closer to the business and/or project you’re seeking strategic help for, I propose up to 3 touch bases throughout the lifespan of the project. This ensures that the process is more collaborative, I have all pertinent information, and you get in-real-time updates on the project’s status. This will also help reduce the potential need for ‘major’ revisions once a strategy is submitted for final approval.

  • Final Documents

    Once approval is given, I will deliver the final strategy. Let’s discuss which presentation format (ie Pitch, Google Sheets, etc) you prefer and we can determine how to best ensure you have an editable version you can own. I’ll also include one Google Doc that will outline any links to research, quotes, or data used. It will also have a straightforward, text-driven strategy breakdown.
