A clear, easy-to-use tracker for managing new enquiries, quotes and follow-ups in one place. I will set up one Google Sheets file with agreed fields for customer/contact details, service, area, enquiry source, quote amount, status, next action and follow-up date. It will include practical dropdowns, filters and overdue follow-up highlighting, plus a brief handover note and one revision. You provide the fields and a sample workflow; I configure and test the sheet with sample data. Delivery within two working days after requirements are agreed. This is a manual tracker: email, WhatsApp and website integrations, data migration, bulk data entry, scripts and ongoing support are outside this package and can be quoted separately.
