  Once the project is complete, you’ll receive a fully functioning website that is live and accessible. The site will be thoroughly tested to ensure it works perfectly across all devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile) and major browsers.

• Source Code

  I’ll provide you with the entire source code for the website, including all files such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and any other resources used. This code will be well-organized and documented so you or your team can easily understand and maintain it. It will also be version-controlled for better management in the future.

• Admin Access and Credentials

  You will have full control over your website. I’ll provide you with admin-level access to your content management system (CMS), hosting provider, domain registrar, and any other relevant accounts. You’ll also receive all login credentials securely, so you can manage your site independently.

• CMS Instructions

  If your website uses a content management system (CMS) like WordPress or a custom-built admin panel, I’ll provide detailed instructions on how to update your content. This will cover how to add or remove pages, update text and images, and manage your site. If needed, I can provide a live training session to walk you through the process.

• Website Documentation

  You’ll receive detailed documentation that explains the website’s structure, key features, and any custom functionalities that have been implemented. This will also include instructions on how to deploy the site again in the future or make updates.

• SEO Setup

  To help improve your website’s visibility in search engines, I’ll ensure the code is SEO-friendly. This includes setting up meta tags, optimizing URLs, and adding alt text to images. I’ll provide you with a brief report on the SEO setup and suggest next steps for future optimization.

• Hosting and Deployment

  Your website will be live on the domain of your choice, fully deployed, and ready for visitors. I’ll provide details on how to manage your hosting setup and explain the deployment process so that future updates or changes can be made smoothly.

• Design Assets

  All design assets used in the project, such as logos, custom icons, and images, will be provided to you. If needed, I’ll also share the original design files (e.g., Figma, Sketch) so you can use them for future updates.

• Training and Support

  After the launch, I’ll provide support for a set period (e.g., 30-90 days) to help with any minor adjustments, bug fixes, or questions you may have. If needed, I can also offer training sessions on how to manage the website going forward.
