User-Flow Planning
Before designing the visual interface, we will map out how users should move through your website or application.
User-flow planning identifies the steps a visitor will take—from entering the experience to completing an important action such as submitting an inquiry, requesting a consultation, registering for an account or making a purchase.
This process may include:
Organizing the order and purpose of each page or screen
Establishing a clear navigation structure
Identifying primary and secondary calls to action
Reducing unnecessary steps and user confusion
Planning how users access important information
Creating a logical journey toward conversion
The goal is to make the experience simple, intuitive and purposeful.
Up to Five Website Pages or Application Screens
The package includes the custom design of up to five unique website pages or application screens.

Each approved website page will be designed for both desktop and mobile viewing. Application projects will include the primary device layouts identified in the project agreement.

Custom Visual Interface

One Revision Round
The package includes one consolidated revision round after the initial design presentation.
You will have an opportunity to review the designs and request reasonable adjustments to elements such as:
Colors
Typography
Images
Section placement
Spacing
Button styles
Text hierarchy
Minor layout details
All feedback should be submitted together so that changes can be completed efficiently and consistently.
The revision round refines the approved creative direction. It does not include a complete redesign, a change in project strategy or the addition of new pages, screens or features. Additional revisions can be completed at the current hourly rate or quoted as an add-on.
Developer-Ready Design File
Once the design is approved and the final balance is paid, you will receive an organized, developer-ready design file.
The file will include:
Approved desktop and mobile layouts
Clearly labeled pages or screens
Reusable design components
Font and color references
Buttons and interface elements
Consistent spacing and alignment
Exportable visual assets
Basic notes to assist with development
Files are typically prepared in Figma unless another format is agreed upon before the project begins.
The developer-ready file provides the visual specifications needed to build the approved interface. It does not include programming, hosting, domain setup, database development or third-party software configuration.
Final Deliverables
At the completion of the project, you will receive:
