Hey all, I'm Xavier, a senior at ASU who's been building AI automations full time on the side.
For the past few months I've been building Casa Intel, an AI operating system for real estate agents. The idea: an agent runs their whole business from one chat.
What it does right now:
Finds listings live and matches homes to the right buyers
Drafts emails, documents and marketing cards, but nothing goes out until the agent approves it
AI phone receptionist that answers calls 24/7, qualifies the caller and books showings on the calendar
Each agent runs on their own private server with their own data
Stack is n8n, Supabase, Claude, Twilio and Deepgram, all self-hosted.
Biggest lessons so far: keeping AI costs under control (cutting how much chat history the model rereads saved a ton), and putting an approval step in front of anything that sends or spends money.
Happy to share how any piece of it works. Anyone else here building for real estate, or a different niche?
