  • What's the turnaround time?

    Depending on the complexity of your project and the speed of communication, this can take anywhere from 15 to 45 days.

  • Can you rush it?

    Depending on the project details and my schedule, I may be able to prioritize your project for an extra fee.

  • Can you "spruce up" my existing logo?

    If you have an established visual identity that needs a facelift, I may be able to help. I don't do partial projects, but please contact me to discuss your project and I'll let you know if I can help.

  • Will my logo be original?

    YES. Your logo will be 100% original - that's what a logo is for! I also take steps to ensure that your logo is not too similar to any existing brands, and is legally OK to use, to the best of my ability.

  • How many concepts will you present?

    This will depend on what we've previously discussed. I may present one concept for your feedback, or there might be several. The concepts are always up to you for approval.

  • When do I get the files?

    Unless we've established another agreement, your files will be delivered once your invoice is fully paid.

  • Brand Proposal & Strategy

    This document will outline the brand's background, story, target market and personas, personality, and visual inspiration. We'll use it as the foundation for all further deliverables.

  • Mood Board(s) & Brand Personality

    Your mood board is the "road map" of your brand design - it describes the overall aesthetic and character the rest of your identity will emulate.

  • Primary & Secondary Logos & Marks

    This is the star of your show: the main symbols that represent your brand. The deliverables will include your logos in all necessary formats and sizes.

  • Brand Assets

    Patterns, shapes, colors, and any other visual assets that support your brand's image look and feel.

  • Visual Identity Guidebook

    A clear set of guidelines, usage cases, and technical specifications for how to apply your beautiful new brand identity to further items.

  • Additional Deliverables

    Anything else you may need - packaging design, digital assets, social media templates, swag, etc.
