Trust The Process
Contract and deposit Before we begin any work, 50% of the estimated project cost is due as a deposit. The final 50% along with the final project files.
Discovery  At this stage, I want to learn more about the client, the company/product, and its customers. To do this, I send a questionnaire that helps me understand the client's needs and business goals.
Mood boards Using the information from the questionnaire, I move on to mood boards — visual inspiration, that I’ll share with you. We’ll talk about what vibe feels right for your brand, and use your choices as an ongoing reference throughout my creative process.
Design After the mood boards have been given the green light, design work starts. Work usually takes about five weeks, but it varies depending on project scope, schedules, etc. I put in a lot of effort to ensure that every possible brand identity is robust and adaptable when creating a new brand.
Presentation A typical branding project includes 3 logo directions. I prioritize quality over quantity and ensure that each possibility will effectively address your brand's requirements.
Feedback At every design stage, when there is some result, I send the client a PDF presentation for feedback. Based on the feedback received, I am making the necessary updates, which are also emailed for review.
Revisions A typical project scope consists of a pair of revision rounds. This implies that you will be presented with designs, provide your feedback, receive updated designs, provide more feedback, and finally, view the final designs for approval. If you require further revisions, an additional fee will be charged to maintain clarity and conciseness in the feedback process, which saves time and effort for all parties involved.
Delivering After the final design concept has been selected and approved, I send the final invoice for the remaining project cost. Then I deliver all editable files and materials that have been included in the scope of the project.
