  1) RMS / Mastering (everything is between -23dbs and -18dbs) 2) Noise floor--set a level below -60dbs 3) Removal of Mouth clicks/pops 4) Maintain a True Peak below -3.00dBs 5) Start of the chapter between 0.5-1 second 6) End of the chapter between 1-5 seconds 7) Maintain a consistent bit depth and sample rate
