Description of Focus Areas
Content - This is the copy of the website, your headings, your call to actions. An example project might be editing the website's current copy.
User Experience (UX) - This is anything that relates to the user workflow as they navigate through your site. It also includes things like website performance and accessibility. An example project might be that you want to incorporate a contact or subscription form and set up the mail flow in the backend of the site.
User Interface (UI) - Any component of the site that the user interacts with, this includes any design aspect of the website. An example project would be a branding guideline refresh.
Tech - Front End Web Development. This includes any discussion of a platforms or CMS (WordPress, SquareSpace, Netlify). An example project would be choosing, managing and maintaining which plug-ins used for a Wordpress site.
This is a great resource for anyone who has a smaller project that they need help with, something that needs to be tweaked or improved on an existing site or process. It's a great option for any busy professional that needs short term subject matter expertise and a quick turnaround for a project.
