Process

1. Initial Contact and Consultation

• Reach out to me via HoneyBook or schedule an initial consultation through Calendly.

• During the consultation, we’ll discuss your needs, goals, and vision for your brand.

• We’ll also talk about the project scope, timelines, and budget to ensure we’re on the same page.

2. Proposal and Contract

• I’ll prepare a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing.

• You’ll review and approve the proposal via HoneyBook.

• Once approved, I’ll send you a contract through HoneyBook for your signature.

3. Onboarding

• After you sign the contract, I’ll send you a welcome packet through HoneyBook, including a project timeline and an outline of the process.

• We’ll schedule a kickoff meeting via Calendly to finalize project details and gather any additional information or materials needed from you.

4. Research and Discovery

• I’ll conduct thorough research on your industry, competitors, and target audience.

• I’ll analyze your existing brand assets (if any) and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Together, we’ll create a mood board or inspiration board to align on the visual direction.

5. Logo Design

• I’ll create initial logo concepts based on our research and discovery phase.

• You’ll review the concepts via HoneyBook and provide feedback.

• I’ll refine the selected concept and develop variations (primary, secondary, icon versions).

• Once finalized, I’ll provide guidelines for logo usage.

6. Color Palette

• I’ll develop a color palette that aligns with your brand’s personality and desired tone.

• You’ll review and approve the palette.

• I’ll provide HEX, RGB, and CMYK values for each color.

7. Visual Identity Guidelines

• I’ll develop comprehensive guidelines for typography, including primary and secondary fonts, sizes, weights, and styles.

• I’ll create guidelines for imagery style, including types of photos and illustrations.

• The guidelines will also include design elements like shapes, patterns, and iconography.

• You’ll review and approve the visual identity guidelines.

8. Tone and Voice

• I’ll define your brand’s tone of voice and personality.

• I’ll provide examples of preferred language and phrases that reflect your brand’s values and mission.

• The guidelines will include instructions for different communication channels (social media, website, print materials).

9. Brand Messaging

• I’ll craft key messages and positioning statements that communicate your brand promise.

• Together, we’ll develop compelling taglines to differentiate your brand from competitors.

10. Collateral Design

• I’ll design stationery (business cards, letterheads, envelopes) and present mockups for your review.

• I’ll create signage and packaging designs that consistently apply your visual identity.

• You’ll receive templates for commonly used collateral items.

11. Style Guide

• I’ll compile all brand identity elements into a comprehensive style guide.

• The style guide will include detailed instructions and examples for applying your visual identity.

• You’ll receive the style guide through HoneyBook for future reference.

12. Review and Final Delivery

• We’ll schedule a final review meeting via Calendly to present all deliverables.

• You’ll provide final feedback, and I’ll make any necessary adjustments.

• I’ll deliver all files and documents through HoneyBook.

13. Post-Launch Support
