What's included

• Competitive Audit and Report

  A deeper look into your app, website, or other digital product highlighting what works, what doesn't work, and how positions themselves in the market compared to other competition. A spreadsheet and full report will be provided.

• User Tracking and Analysis with Report

  I will identify 'hot-spots' on the product through heat-mapping, sections where users drop off, analyze user behaviour through user session recordings, and provide a complete report including recommendations based off these findings for future design processes.

• Heuristic Evaluation

  A breakdown of what works and doesn't work with consideration of the 10 Usability Heuristics (Jakob Nielson) and accessibility consideration. I will emphasize parts that need more priority and areas of improvement.

• Design Considerations and Next Steps

  Taking all of the data obtained from above, I will summarize design implications based on research and analysis findings of the product and users, and highlight recommendations and the next steps for redesign/refresh if needed.

• Information Passoff

  You will get access to a Google Drive folder containing all of these relevant findings, reports and analysis on the work that was done.
