• Step 02: Research + Assessment

  After our initial call, I’ll do a UX audit, competitive analysis, and research any best practices. I’ll assess any of the following you can provide: Your product's analytics Customer interviews (if you don’t have any, I’ll arrange these for you) Customer support transcripts

• Step 03: Redesign

  Based on all my learnings, I’ll redesign your product feature. We’ll schedule a hand-off call so you have everything you need to implement these optimizations with a developer yourself.
