About this service

Summary

You will get 4K Quality Interior Renders with a photorealistic approach. I believe that time is your greatest asset and I value that concept by being highly efficient in my output without compromising quality. Collaboration is also something important to me. With clear and professional communication, I believe we can produce something great together.

Process

Initial Consultation- Client gives specific instructions of what they want and expect to see in the output.
Schematic Development- I would give an update of the major structural elements of the model/design (walls, floors, columns & beams, ceiling/roof).
Design Development- I would give an update of the design elements of the model/design (colors, materials, furniture, etc).
Final Consultation- I would give a draft output for the renders before finalizing them.
Final Renders- I would give 4K Quality images of the final output.

FAQs

  • What do I need to provide?

I would need you to provide a floorplan and elevation/section at the very least if we are starting from scratch. If you already have a model file we can skip certain steps in the process to speed things further. Any visual aid such as mood boards, pegs, and material preferences is also very much appreciated but not required.

  • What file formats do you accept?

For floorplans/elevations/sections: .dwg, .skp, jpg, PDF, png For model files: .skp For visual aids: jpg, PDF, png

What's included

  • Initial Consultation

The client specifies what they want to see in the project. This is the initial step in the onboarding process where we can discuss about your expectations in the projects including what your inspirations are for the design, expectations, and other elements they expect for the output. I will give my honest feedback and suggestions as an architect and settle on a compromise if applicable. This is where I will explain how we proceed moving forward.

  • Schematic Development

I will give an update regarding the structural elements (walls, floor, columns & beams, ceiling/roof) of the project in the form of a screenshot. This is an essential step as these are the foundations where the design will circulate on. Any changes that will be applied in this step are not counted towards the revisions so feel free to voice out if anything is not to your liking. Note: This step does not include any materials and colors yet.

  • Design Development

I will give an update regarding the design elements (colors, materials, furniture, assets, entourage) of the project in the form of a screenshot. The scene composition will also be set up here. This is where you get a general idea of what will be seen in the final output. Another important step in the process, this is where your design is shown clearly so discussing this in detail is essential. This would be the last step before revisions start being counted.

  • Final Consultation

We finally made it to the endgame! I will give you a preview in the form of an image of the final render/s. By this time, we've discussed everything there was to discuss and any changes made will be credited as a revision. This step is for polishing any final changes to be made to assure the quality meets your standards.
