What's included
Functional POC app
The final version of the app where the concept is implemented.
This includes a ready built apk file that can be installed on an Android device and the source code for the app in a github repository and/or in a zip archive depending on preference.
App documentation
A document describing the app functionality, how it was implemented, current limitations and further improvement ideas.
This would also include technical information such as architecture, technologies or libraries used and a guide for improvements or maintenance.
Could be written as a readme in the repository or as a file of a preferred format (pdf, word doc, google doc etc.)
Further development guidelines
A document describing how this POC could be further developed to become an MVP (minimum viable product) and even further, a fully developed and released product.
A detailed plan of developing the rest of the features (how long they would take, dependencies to other services such as a backend or physical devices, and a general roadmap with milestones for possible releases along the way)
