Summary

Initially I will require your CEO/Head of Marketing to complete my Token Sale Marketing Readiness Workbook, followed by a call where I will share my thoughts on the document and also ask whatever pertinent questions I need answers to in order to be able to deliver the roadmap.
I will already have researched your competitors in a bid to learn from what they have done right and wrong. It is extremely likely that you will also have work to do following on from the workbook. For example identifying and locking in Partners.
Following on from our call I will compile everything I've learned and apply my marketing experience to the creation of a completely custom token sale marketing roadmap so that your project knows exactly what to publish and on what day and where in the lead up to your IEO/IDO

    I will initially provide you with a workbook which will quickly determine if your team is ready to move forward with your public token sale. In order to be successful an enormous amount of marketing is required and a lot of it needs to be front loaded. This takes preparation. Are you prepared enough? This workbook will tell you if you are and what to do if you are not.

  • Actionable Marketing Content Plan

    I will deliver a Google sheet that will outline every suggested marketing activity organised by date and broken down by marketing channels. This is a content roadmap which will map your content journey from

  • Optional: Token Sale CMO

    If you need help executing on the Roadmap, I would be happy to discuss temporarily coming on board until a suitable alternative CMO can be found.
