What's included

• Problem Analysis

  I start by gathering as much context as possible. This can be looking at old UX Research, design explorations, and product strategy. I will put together a comprehensive analysis of what areas of opportunity exist within the current product or problem space.

• Market Analysis

  From there I like to research existing solutions to the problems we’re solving for. What are other competitors doing to solve this? Is it effective?

• Wireframes

  Wireframes are a basic skeleton of the final product and give you an idea, conceptually, of what the final designs will look like. I like this step to be collaborative so we are on the same page.

• Designs

  This is the first round of high-fidelity designs. There will be multiple explorations we can choose from and hopefully, we can pick a definitive direction to move forward with.

• User Testing

  To help narrow down to one solution I test one or multiple design ideas and see how users respond to them so we know what areas of the design can be iterated on. I will put together a research plan and test analysis document.

• Final Designs

  This is the last round of high-fidelity designs that are completed after user testing.
