What if I don’t use all my hours in a month?
There are no set hours—design support is flexible and available as needed each month. If hourly tracking is required for your organization, a structured approach can be implemented at an increased rate. Additionally, while this is traditionally a use it or lose it model, this option would also allow unused credits to transfer over to the following month, provided it is discussed and arranged in advance based on availability.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Just one month. With a target of 30 hours per week, this setup allows you to get high-impact work done without a long-term contract.
