Drive the end-to-end recruiting process which includes gathering job requirements, developing and executing effective sourcing strategies, assessing job applicants, and offer negotiations. Create and manage a great experience for all candidates throughout the application and interviewing process. Develop and maintain a strong business partnership with key stakeholders to enable effective account management. Continuously update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with all activities related to candidate dispositions, interview progress, and job offer details. Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends Handle personally identifiable information (“PII”) that pertains to any individual (e.g. employees, job applicants, customers, etc.) in accordance with Asurion’s internal Privacy Policy, Information Privacy Standard, and public facing privacy policies.
