Summary

This service provides a completed 30-second video, including an original script, approved by the client, the voice over, and video clips and background music selected from https://elements.envato.com under my subscription. There are no additional charges to you for the video clips and music. My license covers their use for commercial purposes, such as for social media.

Process

Write the script per the client's direction.

Get script approval from the client.

If requested, select appropriate background music and get client's approval,

OR, use the music track(s) provided by the client.

Get clarification on any questions regarding tone.

Create a Cubase project and record the voice over several times until it sounds just right.

Deliver an .mp3 of an unmastered take of the voice over.

Make any voice over changes requested by client.

Edit the recording to make any pacing adjustments, such as tightening up or spacing.

Add the music track to the Cubase project.

Mix the voice over with the background music.

Deliver an .mp3 of the voice over with background music.

Make any music changes requested by client.

Mix and master the recording.

Export to studio-quality (24-bit, 48 kHz) .wav file.

Export to CD-quality (16-bit, 44.1 kHz) .wav file.

Export to .mp3 file (for easy shareability).

Select appropriate video clips and/or pics or have the client select these, if preferred.

OR, use video or video clips provided by the client.

Create a Davinci Resolve project and add the voice over / music track.

Add the video clips and/or pics to the project.

Place each clip or pic at the appropriate position in the timeline.

Export video in .mov format.

Export video in .mp4 format.

Deliver all video, audio, and script files to the client.

FAQs

Do you offer revisions?
Yes. I will do everything I can so that you will be thrilled with the final product.
Is there any content that you will not record?
I will NOT record anything hateful, demeaning, political, religious, or with adult content or expletives. I will NOT record anything related to alcohol, tobacco, or illicit drugs.
Do you offer different voice over styles?
Yes, I can record in most any style you want. I can be genuine, authentic, conversational, friendly, serious, easy-going, guy next-door, corporate, "sad", informative, gruff, and sarcastic. Please listen to my demos to hear some of my different styles.
What accents can you provide?
I only offer standard American English. If you want me to include foreign words or uncommon proper nouns in the script, please provide detailed phonetic pronunciation.
What about the licensing of the video clips and background music?
I have a subscription to Envato Elements. Any video clips, pics, or music I use from that subscription will have a commercial license for your project. That means you can legally use the video I produce for you on all social media, even for ads. Please be aware, however, that this license does NOT cover BROADCAST USE, such as TV or RADIO. That would require an additional license from Envato.

The completed 30-second video in .mp4 format. This is a compressed format that is smaller is size, and is preferred by YouTube, Instagram, and other social media sites.
Finished Video in MOV format
The completed video in .mov format. This format is uncompressed, so best for editing.
Voice Over Script in PDF format
.pdf file of the original script written with input from the client.
Studio-Quality .wav file
Studio-quality .wav file (24-bit, 48 kHz) of the voice over, mixed and master with the background music.
MP3 file
.mp3 file (for easy shareability) of the voice over, mixed and master with the background music.
