Process

To make sure you get the best service possible, my process looks as follows:

We will start with a 45-60 minute call, where you go with me through your current CV, tell me about your current situation, your reason for looking for a new job, your goals and any potential aspects that may strengthen or weaken your application.

Based on your CV and our discussion, I will rewrite and redesign your CV to grab attention, have an immediate impact and make recruiters and hiring managers want to interview you.

You will have the CV within 48 hours and we can go over any revisions together.

As many as you need to feel satisfied. Otherwise you get your money back. I'm here to build a long-term relationship with you.

What do you mean by rewriting my portfolio?
You might have a website or a portfolio where you showcase yourself and your work. I will examine it and rewrite it or if you prefer, give you feedback on how you could improve it.
Do you work in other languages?
Yes, I am natively bilingual and can work in German (tailored to Germany and Switzerland)
Do you provide other recruiting support?
Yes! From mindset coaching, job-hunt strategy all the way to interview and negotiation coaching.
Do you just work with people who work in tech?
No. Tech recruiting is definitely my specialty, but much of the recruiting expertise can be transferred to other disciplines. I've helped business roles, such as legal counsels, business developers and strategy consultants get jobs in industries, such as pharma, retail and... well... tech.
