Phase 0: Introductory call -- let's meet and greet and see if we're a good fit!

Phase 1: Involves scoping and gathering information. Includes a directed interview to understand the customer's goals for what they're trying to build on GCP Vertex AI.

Phase 2: Focuses on adapting Vertex AI services to customer-specific use cases and developing a technical design document.

Phase 2a (optional): Depending on the level of service desired, this may also include building out the Proof of Concept.

Phase 2b (optional): Depending on the level of service desired, this may also include building out a production application.

Phase 3: Involves reviewing deliverables and recommendations with key stakeholders and presenting the project closeout presentation. Additionally, credentials and access controls are handed off to the client.
