Work with the team to understand the scope and build a prioritized product backlog;

Capturing and documenting feature requirements

Work on product documentation, including PRDs, User Stories

Set up project management tools (Github Projects, Trello, Asana, Notion) for the product, organize the workflow for the team;

Run regular planning meetings and retrospectives to support the team in reaching their goals;

Work with the Design and Engineering to identify and plan insight-driven updates to the platform;

Effectively measure and report on team velocity and the performance of work delivered
