Summary
Cleaning up bad images and making them suitable for showcasing products for both web and print. I have a substantial amount of experience over the years in product retouching having worked with many of the largest local retailers.
Process
Receive the images via Wetransfer or dropbox. Preferably high resolution images.
Receive the brief via email with what is required and any examples the client has. The more detail the client gives at this stage helps prevent issues down the road. Things to consider: look and feel, reference photos, and delivery requirements - file types and sizing.
Analyze the images and confirm the delivery time and date of the job.
Complete the work.
Send low res jpegs for approval.
If necessary make changes.
Deliver the images.
What's included
Basic product retouching.
Product images cleaned and retouched ready for placement. Background removal/replacement if necessary. Colour correction and changes if necessary. Images converted to the relevant profile and format. ie Jpegs or Tiffs, CMYK or SRGB.
High end retouching.
As per the previous deliverable but with more extensive work on the image for those that need it.
