50-Step Process Map + Control Point Consultation - Rates starting at $100. The 'Controls Consultation' is based upon a 3-control point evaluation (3 control points = 1 control). Depending on how mature your process is, you may have MANY control points and/or controls in your process - I will identify them for you. You will receive a process map with control points identified (includes: title page, summary page, process map page(s), control/control point definitions & legends).

At a mimimum, my turn-around time is approximately 3 business days from the date you provide all documentation. However, as the number of process steps and control point increases, it may take longer. Rest assured, as soon as you submit all required documentation, you will receive communication from me with an agreed-upon timeline.
