Summary

What's the scope of your service?

Upon final payment, we will start the following within 1 business day. We will create a branding package for your company on your behalf. It includes the following actions:

Design Brief: We'll learn what you specifically hope to accomplish with this branding concept from your point of view. We'll meet one-on-one to talk about your concepts and determine the extent of your goals.

Market & User Research: We will perform research centered on the sector in which your company operates, the sector's history, and your company's direct and indirect rivals. Also, we will conduct research on your typical customers' tastes and behaviors. Finally, we will review successful logo designs as well as current fashions and trends that are relevant to the design brief.

Presentation & Revisions: We'll construct a mood-board that includes a few key logo concepts as well as motivating pictures, textures, and fonts that represent your branding identity. We'll ask you to gather input on them so that you may later join us for a call where we'll go over your comments together, make modifications in real time, and perfect your chosen logo. There will be two chances for you to review: one before the call and one after. Any extra input will incur additional fees.

What does the timeline of completion look like?

Week 1: We will discuss brand goals and business objectives and make mood-board for logo design ideas considering the brand research.

Week 2: After the brand research we will figure out typography and colors according to the logo design, so we can start brainstorming for logo animation.

Week 3: After the logo design is approved we can start working on social media template and brand guideline.

Week 4: Creating motion graphics for visual identity and working on some brand collateral

Timeline can be decided based on the amount of deliverables in whole project and revisions/changes in design and animation. It maybe extended 1-2 weeks from the decided timeline, so we request the client to have some time and budget in buffer which we will clear on our initial call.

What do you need from potential client to get the ball rolling smoothly?

Client need to be understand the process of thinking to creation from designer's POV, and need to maintain patience during discussion/diagnosing the problem.

Potential client need to give us detailed feedback that make sense to their brief and goals discussed, client can assist us in design process by providing feedback that help us to accomplish goals instead of dictating us step by step what we are supposed to do to generate results because no one like to go into unnecessary revision loop.

We need our client to process payments on time and in worst case at least within 5 working days after due date mentioned in the invoice.
