Summary
I have a lot of time working on multiple areas of software engineering business.
I've worked with Salesforce as an architect and developer. That made me understand a bunch different business rules and cases so I can now provide even more detailed and provide insights about what would the best path to our project.
Process
Set up the idea
We will have a bunch of meetings to "draw" the project. Integrations, apis, layout, pages, payment and various important cases for the project
2. Visualization
I will provide, or you if you have a design, and discuss a visual model about how the application is going to be so we can start the front end, the "happiest" part of the development
3. Base page
Most of the front-end of the page (the visual part, not considering database, apis and etc) will be shown to you for evaluation so we can do fixes, change requests and then start the development of the most long and complex part
4. "The complex part"
This part we will set up the backend. That being your database, object relations, how each change would affect other and even draw that on a app that we choose just to make sure that everyone understood how your business flow works.
5. The junction
In this part the project will make a junction of everything that were developed being held together by the backend rules and processes. The last front-end parts like spinners, toasts and other important validations are going to be build and your almost finished product will be post to be tested in real time aswell.
6. Final tests and adjustments
Now the project is almost done. We just need to make sure everything is in order to be put on go live and, after the go live, how is it handling the user stress. Now its the time to make the last change requests aswell.
7. Delivery
After all the tests, fixes and even some improvements the project is safe to be put on your hands freely. We can provide support or help latter but the application should run perfectly at least on the first months without any new insertions or business case changes.

Real-time-delivery
The client will have access to a url that will provide him real-time updates based on the project's main branch. This way he can track the website's progress in real time without needing to create expectations.
