We agree on how the report will be delivered, timelines, team involvement if required, possible tools required and additional expense
Metrics and Materials Gathering
Gathering of relevant materials, sharing existing information, Conversion rates or sales figures, User survey results, Product Requirements Document, Login credentials to analytics tool (if in use)
Detailed Audit Report
Included in the Audit: Goals of the UX audit, Competitive analysis identifying industry standard and best practices, Usability heuristics evaluation findings, Accessibility compliance with possible improvements, actionable recommendations for improvements, fixes, and future additions, links to important data and Prioritisation of recommendation based on impact and feasibility. This will come with a loom video(s) highlighting the weaknesses and areas to improve
