I’ll perform updates as needed — typically every month. This includes core WordPress updates, plugin updates, and any theme updates to keep your site secure and running smoothly.
What happens if my site breaks after an update?
My update process includes multiple backups before any changes are made, so if something goes wrong, we can quickly roll your site back to a working version. If the issue is related to my work, I’ll fix it at no extra cost — even if it exceeds the included troubleshooting hours. If the issue is unrelated to my work, we’ll discuss it first, then resolve it within your remaining support hours or agree on additional hours if needed.
What kind of bugs do you fix?
I handle a variety of issues, including plugin conflicts, broken layouts, slow load times, and backend errors. My goal is to ensure your site is always running at peak performance.
What if I need more than 3 hours of troubleshooting?
If a request requires more than 3 hours, I’ll let you know upfront. You can choose to proceed with additional hours at an agreed-upon rate.
Do you handle hosting and backups?
Hosting management is not included in this service, but daily backups are included to ensure your site stays protected. I’m happy to recommend hosting providers if needed.
