Process

Preparation:

We schedule a time to meet to discuss your needs and the role.

I perform market research for the role to assess appropriate pay and benefits. Then, I write and provide the job description, application, interview outline, and proposed paid trial tasks.

Review:

You review the proposed paid trial tasks, choose one, and provide me with the necessary tools and information for them to complete the task. I prepare the instructions and essential information in a packet for the candidates.

You review the job description, application, and interview outline and provide me feedback. I implement the feedback. Then, you review again and provide feedback. I impliment the feedback.

Delivery:

I provide the paid trial task packet, job description, application, and interview outline.

Post-Delivery:

Depending on what you choose, one of us will run interviews, and the other will run paid trial tasks.

What's included

Meeting
Let's meet and discuss your needs and define the role. This meeting should take no more than 1 hour.
Job Description
Write a job description to post the job that includes information about the company, the qualities of the ideal candidate, the role responsibilities and expectations, and the instructions for applying. Two revision round is included.
Job Application
A job application created with free software (Google Forms, Airtable, etc.) to include 10-20 questions, with two revision round included.
Interview Outline with 10 Role Specific Questions
Create an interview outline you can use during the interview to take notes on the ten role-specific questions you can choose from.
Proposal for Paid Trial Tasks
Test the suitability of your top picks for candidates by running a paid trial task. This will ensure you find a great fit for the role while getting some tasks completed on your to-do lists. I will propose 3-5 relevant trial tasks for you to choose from.
Paid Trial Task Packet
Provide a packet of instructions and necessary information for candidates to perform the chosen paid trial task.
Your Choice: Interview VS Run Paid Trial Task
I screen applications & interview 5-10 candidates. I select the top 3-5 candidates for you to interview & run the paid trial task. OR You interview & pick the top 3 candidates. I manage and run the trial task, which has 2 revision rounds for each candidate's work, reviewing and providing feedback. I review the final work & provide my recommendation of who to hire.
