Create an interview outline you can use during the interview to take notes on the ten role-specific questions you can choose from.
Proposal for Paid Trial Tasks
Test the suitability of your top picks for candidates by running a paid trial task. This will ensure you find a great fit for the role while getting some tasks completed on your to-do lists. I will propose 3-5 relevant trial tasks for you to choose from.
Paid Trial Task Packet
Provide a packet of instructions and necessary information for candidates to perform the chosen paid trial task.
Your Choice: Interview VS Run Paid Trial Task
I screen applications & interview 5-10 candidates. I select the top 3-5 candidates for you to interview & run the paid trial task. OR You interview & pick the top 3 candidates. I manage and run the trial task, which has 2 revision rounds for each candidate's work, reviewing and providing feedback. I review the final work & provide my recommendation of who to hire.
