Project Kickoff Call - To start our work together, we will have a 90 min. project kickoff call. This conversation will be your opportunity to tell me all about you, your business and the overall aim of your email sequence.

I will come to this call with questions and prompts that help me deeply understand your brand voice, tone and delivery. This conversation is essential for me to be able to write emails that perfectly reflect you and deliver the message your reader needs, and for you to see the flow the sequence will have. We will also layout topics/subjects for each email in the sequence during this call as well as specifics like salutations, PS messages and any relevant links you would like included in the email copy. While I'm Writing - During the 3 week writing period, I encourage and welcome open and timely communication via email or Loom. I will reach out with any questions I may have and please don't hesitate to shoot me an email or Loom if you think of anything you'd like to add in, or delete, from the sequence outline. I write and send all copy within Google Docs. I will respond to any email or Loom within 24 hrs of receipt. Any further phone or video calls will be an additional charge of $75. When The Rough Draft Is Complete - Upon complete of the rough draft, I will send all email copy, with clear indication to which email is which, through Google Docs. You will have 5 business days to review and make any edits within the Google Doc. Please be as detailed and specific as you can with these edits to ensure the final copy is exactly what you're looking for. After the 1 round of edits are completed, I will send the edited copy back to you for your review. You will be able to make an additional round of edits, if needed.

When All Edits Are Made - After all edits have been made I will send you a clean, finalized copy of each email with Subject lines and Preview texts clearly defined. This will be send via Google Docs. The receipt of this draft will mark the project completed. Any edits beyond this point will be an additional fee of $200. When The Project Is Completed - I'm going to go ahead and assume we've had a fabulous experience working together and we can't wait to do it again! After our project is complete, I would so appreciate any words of recommendation or referrals that you may have for me :)
