About this service

Summary

Methods
Finding the reasons what and why needs to be done. The research phase covers a lot of discovery and helps educate further design decisions. A UX audit needs to be done to understand the project better if there is an existing product.
Deliverables include primary and secondary research synthesizes, interview debriefs, affinity maps, and similar.
Synthesizing the found data helps create guidelines for the rest of the project. The data-driven approach ensures less guesswork and more actual and factual work.
Deliverables in this stage include persona definition, empathy maps, user journeys, task priority roadmaps, and task flows.
Ideation
Diverging and converging solutions work best when there are multiple ideas. That is why ideation is essential. There is rarely only one solution, but there is usually the one that works best. That is why ideation is vital. Here, we talk about conceptual ideas, wireframes, and low and hi-fi designs.
Prototyping
Every product needs well-defined interactions. Prototyping is the best way to show those interactions an intuitive form.
Testing
Finally, converging everything that has been conducted so far, user testing is the pivotal moment. It helps find mistakes and improves the design while keeping the costs low due to efficient development.
Platforms and Preferences
I design for mobile applications (iOS and Android), web-based applications (front and backend oriented), and websites.
I am an industry-agnostic designer, but I prefer working in Fintech and Crypto spaces, where I make the most impact.
The best method would be working directly alongside a product manager or developers. This way, the product's result will perform better, and costs will be lowered due to collaboration and efficiency.
