Research & Strategy
We'll spend time researching your business, industry, competitors, target audience and many other aspects that will help us design a brand that will not only look good but also has thought & strategy behind it to make sure that your brand identity is as strong as possible.
Creative Diection
We'll send you a creative direction presentation which will include two mood boards. Each mood board will have a different visual direction we will follow. They will have an overall feel for the brand to ensure we are on the same page. They may include images of the packaging, colours, typography, textures, etc... The first mood board will take into account what we have discussed and the second mood board may be something a little different to what you were expecting to give you an idea of what else is out there.
Logo Suite
We'll design your logo and its variations: Primary Logo: Your primary logo is usually your most detailed logo it may include your tagline, location or establishment. You'll often use it wherever the space allows. Secondary Logo: Your secondary logo uses the same components from your primary logo but in a different layout. You'll use it when you feel like your primary logo doesn't fit or feel right. Sub Mark Logo: Your sub mark logo is an alternate version of your primary logo in a completely different layout. You'll use this in smaller spaces where both your primary and secondary logos are unrecognizable.
Typography Pairing
We will pick out a specific pair of fonts that matches your values and the emotions which you want your target audience to feel about your brand.
Color Palette
We will select a set of colors based on strategy and aesthetics to match your brand.
Brand Assets
We will design any brand assets like patterns or other elements which will help you maintain a consistent look and feel to your brand.
Brand Presentation
We are going to put all of your logos and elements that we have designed and present them to you in a detailed presentation explaining our design choices. The presentation will include your logo variations with an overview of each logo and an explanation. Your colour palette and why we chose each colour specifically for your brand. Typography pairing, fonts that we have chosen for your brand to make sure your brand is cohesive across all platforms. Photography Direction, a style of images which you should follow to make your brand recognizable to your audience. Mock-ups, we"ll show you pictures of what your brand could look like in real-life situations so that you can see the potential of your brand.
Brand Guidelines
We will also send you a brand guidelines document, which outlines how to use your branding correctly. In this document, you will see how you can use each logo variation, how to use your brand colours correctly, how not to use your logo and many other guidelines. To ensure a professional, consistent and cohesive look & feel for your brand across all platforms!
