Plugins out of date, an old PHP version, and nobody wants to press Update on a live shop? I update your WordPress or WooCommerce site one step at a time, with a full backup before every single update.

What happens on your site:

1. A full backup of files and database, checked to open cleanly before I change anything.

2. Core, theme and plugin updates, one at a time.

3. After each update I load your key pages (home, shop, checkout, contact) and read the error log.

4. If an update breaks something, I roll it back from the backup right away and note which plugin caused it.

5. You get a written report: versions before and after, every backup with its checksum, and each update marked kept or rolled back with the reason.

Best done on a staging copy first. If your host has none, I work in a quiet hour and keep the backup ready.

What I need: WP-CLI or SSH access, or an admin login plus your hosting backup tool. Premium plugins need your licence key.

Not included: malware removal or cleanup after a hack.
