Your assistant should know your documents — not just a short FAQ list.
Send your manuals, regulations, product catalogs, HR policies, contracts, price lists — as-is, PDF or Word, even 100+ pages. I build a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) knowledge base: your documents are split into meaningful chunks, embedded into a vector index, and your assistant answers questions from the right sections — by meaning, not by keywords — and shows which document each answer comes from.
The problem
Q&A-based bots break down when knowledge lives in documents: an internal regulation has no "questions" to match, a 100-page manual cannot fit into a prompt, and generic chatbots hallucinate instead of admitting what they don't know.
What you get
RAG pipeline on YOUR infrastructure (your account or your VPS — documents never leave your control)
Your documents processed and indexed (PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown)
Assistant connected to the knowledge base — new or your existing FAQ bot upgraded
Answers with source references (which document and section)
Acceptance test: 10 real questions from your documents, at least 8 answered correctly with correct sources
Setup guide + re-index procedure + sources handover + 1 round of corrections
How it differs from my FAQ-bot service
The FAQ bot fits when your knowledge is small and structured (up to ~30 pages). This service fits when it's large (100+ pages), unstructured, or changes often. Many clients start with the FAQ bot and upgrade later — the assistant stays the same, only the knowledge layer grows. Migration from the FAQ bot: $150.
Good fit for
HR policy bots · internal employee helpdesks · product catalog assistants · legal/regulated document Q&A · customer support with large manuals · teams tired of "check page 14 of the PDF"
Out of scope (quoted separately)
Document updates after delivery (self-service update pipeline or per-order re-indexing)
Payments, voice input, phone calls
Scanned PDFs without a text layer (OCR is an option)
