Summary
My 15+ years' experience working in hotels and restaurants, plus 3+ years working at a restaurants reservation startup has allowed me to fully understand the guest journey and given me the ability to know how to design a simplistic and effective website that focuses on the guest experience.
Process
Discovery call - We'll meet so I can find out your business needs, understand your customer journey, and come up with a pricing plan for the final deliverable. I'll also get access to any assets (branding, logos, imagery) that I'll need to create the designs.
Design options - I'll send over options for us to go over in a live session, and we'll finalize the design.
Webflow development - I'll develop the designs in Webflow and add interactions, animations and SEO.
Final deliverables - We'll have a last meeting to go over any last minute requests, and go over Editor access. From here we can transfer the URL domain and launch the site!
